Real Estate Continuing Education Courses
We're pleased to offer a link to the online versions of the same Michigan real
estate continuing courses attended in classrooms annually by over 45,000
Michigan real estate licensees. Each of the six-hour courses includes the
mandatory, annual, minimum two hours of law, rules and court cases regarding
real estate. 2-hour courses are also available for the mandatory yearly law,
rules, and court cases regarding real estate.
Before enrolling in a course, we STRONGLY recommend that you complete the
short five-minute Demonstration Course below, which describes the software
requirements necessary for completing one of these online courses, the
resources available with each course, and our testing policy.
